In this research work the main objective was to determine the quality of life in relation to oral conditions in pregnant mothers who attend the Health Center of Manco Ccapac Cusco - 2018, the study was with a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach , prospective and correlational, with a population of 169 pregnant mothers, as an OHIP- SP questionnaire was used for quality of life, with 14 questions. For oral conditions, two odontograms were used to measure DMFT, oral hygiene ( IHO) and the gingival index of Loe and Silness, the same ones were validated by 03 expert judgments and the reliability was by means of the statistic of the Crombach alpha it was of 0.677, being the results, the quality of life was from regular to bad ; in relation to oral conditions according to the prevailing age range was from 18 to 36 years, the educational level was full secondary, the average social stratum and marital status prevailed in cohabitants, likewise the DMFT was very low, the index of Oral Hygiene was regular, while the Gingival Index presents mild to moderate inflammation, therefore the quality of life is concluded in relation to the oral conditions of the DMFT, IHO and IG, in pregnant mothers who attended the Manco Health Center Ccapac, Cusco 2018, using the chi- square test statistically are dependent, therefore we can conclude that the quality of life depends on oral conditions, the hypothesis is valid.
