The present investigation work entitled “Promotional Mix in the“ Cusco Shopping Center “of the city of Cusco - 2017“ is referring to the promotional mix, whose elements are: advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal sales and direct marketing; which are elements of the variable, and which were described in the Cusco Shopping Center. The objective of this research is to describe the promotional mix in the “Cusco Shopping Center“ of the city of Cusco, in the period 2017, the type of research is basic, descriptive level and non experimental design. It is important to mention that the study population was 75 establishments, with a sample of 28 respondents, to whom the survey instrument was applied (see Annex 5), the results that were obtained were processed by the statistical software SPSS and Excel . The following results were achieved: 50% indicate that the promotional mix of the establishments of the Cusco Shopping Center in the period 2017, is regular, while 46.4% indicate that it is bad, at the same time only 3.6% indicate that it is good . The results of the dimensions were; In advertising 78.6% is interpreted as bad, because most establishments do not have an advertising message that is in an advertising medium, and if it is poorly prepared, and 21.4% is regular, 85.7% of the Tenants surveyed, indicates that the sales promotion is bad; 7.1% indicates that it is regular; 7.1% is good, 78.6% of the tenants surveyed indicate that the public relations they handle is regular, while 14.3% indicate that public relations in the establishments is bad, because these establishments do not perform campaigns or activities favorable to the Cusco population, while 7.1% indicate that it is good, 71.4% indicate that the personal sale of their establishments is regular, while 21.4% indicate that it is bad, at the same time 7.1 % indicates that the personal sale is good, direct marketing: of the tenants surveyed, 35.7% indicate that the direct marketing of the establishments is regular, while 46.4% indicate that it is bad, due to the fact that the majority of tenants of establishments, they do not have any communication with the client that is not beyond the ontact in the same establishment; and 17.9% indicate that it is good.
