The present investigation was carried out in order to determine the stability of the slope of the El Pedregal Housing Association, the parametric analysis of the seven sections and the safety factors were performed in unsaturated, partially saturated and saturated conditions, in relation to the specific weight, angle of internal friction and cohesion, in order to provide more technical information to the existing literature. In the research, for the selection of the sample, a non- probabilistic sample was taken at the discretion of the researcher (decision making). The research is of quantitative approach, according to the scope is descriptive and the methodological design is non-experimental, the samples obtained from field and laboratory of soils are requirements for obtaining the type of soil that was silty clayey gravel with sand (GC-GM). The general hypothesis mentioned "The safety factors will be obtained with the limit equilibrium method and its interpretation will be done with a parametric analysis" and the general objective mentioned "To determine and analyze the safety factors obtained from the slope in the Pedregal Housing Association. In conclusion, the study slope with the seven sections drawn on the affected surface, is stable in unsaturated and partially saturated conditions, the values obtained for the safety factors are higher than unity and is unstable in saturated conditions, the values obtained for the safety factors are lower than unity. The creation of walkways in the crown is recommended, in order to reduce the slope and/or the construction of a retaining wall at the base of the slope, in order to give support to the slope and thus increase the safety factors of the affected surface.
