The following research is of the qualitative type, with a phenomeneological approach. This research has as objective understand the attitudes of the quechua users in front of the language barrier in health services at the hospital Antonio Lorena del Cusco, 2022. The participants were 8 quechua users that came for health attention at Antonio Lorena del Cusco Hospital, the ages of the participants were between 40 and 80 years old. The criterions for inclusión were: be an user of the Antonio Lorena del Cusco Hospital, be over 18 years old and have quechua as language. Data collection was done through semistructured interviews and inspection, to then analyze the attitude of the quechua users in front of the language barrier in health services at the Antonio Lorena del Cusco Hospital. The results found were divided into four categories; first one is the family, which in turn is divided into two subcategories, family support and family abandonment. The second one is the world view, wich in turn is divided into two subcategories, health and disease perception and traditional medicine. The third one is thecross-cultural communication, which in turn is subdivided into effective cultural communication and communicative disagreement.
