Diseño e implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la norma ISO 45001 para la Empresa Cespa S.R.L., Cusco 2021

Abstract

El objetivo principal de la presente investigación fue diseñar e implementar el sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo basado en la norma ISO 45001 para la empresa CESPA S.R.L. Con tal finalidad, se ha diseñado una investigación de tipo aplicada y descriptiva, tomando como población y muestra de estudio a los once trabajadores de la empresa, y utilizando como técnicas e instrumentos de recopilación de datos: la observación y revisión documental con base en las listas de verificación de cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo establecidos por la Norma Internacional ISO 45001, así como en procedimientos básicos de estadística descriptiva. Los resultados de la investigación señalan que la empresa CESPA S.R.L. cumple un promedio del 46.57% del total de requisitos establecidos por la Norma Internacional ISO 45001, siendo las dimensiones de Evaluación del Desempeño, Contexto de la Organización, Apoyo y Planificación las que más deficiencias presentan; frente a los cuales se ha diseñado e implementado un conjunto de manuales, reglamentos, procedimientos, registros, indicadores, mapas, señalizaciones y otros instrumentos normativos.

The main objective of this research was to design and implement the occupational health and safety management system based on the ISO 45001 standard for the company CESPA S.R.L. For this purpose, an applied and descriptive investigation has been designed, taking the eleven workers of the company as the study population and sample, and using as data collection techniques and instruments: observation and documentary review based on the checklists for compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System established by the International Standard ISO 45001, as well as in basic descriptive statistics procedures. The results of the investigation indicate that the company CESPA S.R.L. meets an average of 46.57% of the total requirements established by the International Standard ISO 45001, with the dimensions of Performance Evaluation, Context of the Organization, Support and Planning being the ones that present the most deficiencies; against which a set of manuals, regulations, procedures, registers, indicators, maps, signs and other normative instruments have been designed and implemented.
