The work carried out was proposed with the objective of analyzing the budgetary execution of the Canon and Surplus, Royalties, Customs Income and Participations of the investment projects in times of COVID-19 in the District Municipality of Alto Pichigua, Period 2019-2020, the The methodology applied is of a basic type or a pure quantitative approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope and it was considered as a population and sample of the present investigation will be composed of the Excel record of the budgetary execution of the Canon and Surplus, Royalties, Customs Income and Participations in investment projects and the head of the budget area of the District Municipality of Alto Pichigua, obtaining as results that the most important data show that the modified institutional budget for 2019 amounts to a total of 14,068,876 soles and the modified institutional budget for the 2020 amounts to a total of 3,665,580 soles, resulting in a decrease tion of 10,403,296 soles; Finally, it is concluded that the budgetary execution of the Canon and Surplus, Royalties, Customs Income and Participations of the investment projects in times of COVID-19 of the District Municipality of Alto Pichigua, the institutional budget of opening of the year 2020 was reduced by 74% over 2019 and the execution was reduced by 3% over the year 2019, on the other hand the execution for the year 2019 was 36% and for 2020 the execution was 133%; giving the execution of new investment projects to replace the projects that needed the incorporation of personnel to the payroll for its execution.
