This present research study was carried out in order to evaluate the behavior of high compressive strength concrete with internal curing, developed replacement of the stone aggregate by ceramic material. The concrete with low water-cement (0.42 to less) present deficiencies in the process of hydration of their components, due these concretes have low permeability. Therefore, the cured abroad does not provide adequately water requiring this need is a source of water inside. This study evaluated to concrete cases; the first was replacement him in different percentages (10%, 20% and 30%) of the fine aggregate by ceramic material, and the second the added thickness was replaced in different percentages (30%, 40% and 50%). The ceramic material (tile Andean Craft) has the property of absorption so it will act within the concrete as a reservoir of water internal moisturizing component of high -strength concrete. IP type cement was used in the study fine aggregates from the quarry at Vicho and Cunyac, aggregates quarry Vicho, additive EUCO 37, tile Andean Craft of the town of Piñipampa and drinking water. The design of concrete mixture was f’c: 350 kg/cm2. Settlement test were performed, likewise were cylindrical specimens of 100 x 200 mm that were subjected to axial compression efforts at 7,14, 28 and 35 days. The different tests of the research, were subject to the fulfillment of the ideal conditions of the Peruvian Technical Standard. The analysis of the results obtained from specimens prepared in the different percentages of stone aggregates by ceramic material replacement, was demonstrated to replace 40% of the added thickness with ceramic material must be an increase in the compression strength of 12%, while 50% generate an adverse effect in the resistance. On the other hand, by replacing 10% of the fine aggregate by ceramic material was obtained an increase of 5% in compressive strength compared to concrete patron, for other percentages (20% and 30%) are also beneficial, but to a minimum extent.
