The research aims to analyze the observed oral manifestations addicted to psychoactive substances rehabilitation centers “Nuevo Amanecer” and “Clamor en el Barrio” of Cusco 2018. It conducted this research descriptive, using technical observational and quantitative scope. 29 patients in procces of rehabilitation participated in from 15 to 70 years old. a dental clinical examination was carried out following the parameters set by the instrument or medical record validated by expert judges in which it was considered: registration of clinical manifestations in soft tissue, registration of clinical manifestations in teeth, gingival index Löe and Silness index, caries Klein and Palmer, simplified oral hygiene index of Greene and Vermillion also age, psychoactive substance of greater consumption, determination of polydrug use or mix of substances, time of exposure to the psychoactive substance. The data is turned into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and the results were analyzed using descriptive statistics with frequency analysis. The results It was determined that the most frequent manifestations in the oral cavity addicted to psychoactive substances rehabilitation centers “New Dawn“ and “Cry in the neighborhood“ were; level soft tissue saburra lingual (82%); leukoedema (41.4%), pigmentation in mucosa (41.4%), which were identified only clinical and without any histological discard; regarding teeth, tooth Attrition (65.5%), followed by tooth fracture (41.4%), abrasion (27.6%), erosion (24.1%) and pigmentations (17.2%); plus gingival index mild swelling 55.2% of patients, poor oral hygiene index at 55. 2% of patients and an index of collective or population decay of 17.24. reflecting a very high degree of risk. It concluded the use of addictive psychoactive substances appears jointly in the range between 16 and 70 years; presented in the study group the adult age range and especially young second place when the need for treatment, besides all these manifestations indicate risk conditions for dental health in the study population.
