The present thesis research, was to analyze comparatively the flexural strength of concrete beams reinforced with perforated rubber recycling regarding concrete joists without reinforcement, for a design of concrete f'c=210kg/cm2. First was the respective tests to the aggregates, in order to be able to develop the mix design, then tested the briquettes, subjecting it to compression pattern to check if the resistance came to what was required, it was comparatively analyzed the concrete beams reinforced with rubber plates with different percentages of drilling 0%, 25% and 50% of their area, with concrete joists without reinforcement. These plates were placed at 2 cm from the base of the beam, was also left a thickness of 1.5cm across the edge of the mold of the beam with respect to the sheet of rubber. With all of these samples, after fulfilling its cured for 7, 14 and 28 days, before being submitted to the bending, use a non-destructive method such as the Pundit, to obtain the data of the modulus of elasticity of CONCRETE F'c = 210 Kg/cm2 without reinforcement and reinforcement, with the objective to compare them with the values thrown by the formula that tells us the standard E-060, then were subjected to flexural tests, as indicated in the NTP 339,078. In the process of rupture, we measured the deflections in beams without reinforcement as well as in the joists reinforced with recycled rubber plates with different percentages of drilling 0%, 25% and 50% of their area, the deflection was calculated through the use of a deformimetro that was placed to the sixth part of the length of the beam, due to the fact that the charges were in thirds and prevented the placement of the deformimetro in the middle part of the beam, which would have been optimal. Analyzing the samples, it was found that the joists reinforced with rubber with a 25% of drilling with respect to your area, overtook the other joists in the form of breakage and deformation; on the other hand the beam reinforced with rubber plate with 0% of perforations obtained a greater value in the modulus of elasticity with respect to the other joists.
