The Palacio del Inka Hotel is a 5-star hotel that offers every guest and employee a memorable experience. However, as a result of the pandemic and the uncertainty generated by the emergency, they were forced to take emergency measures such as the suspension of contracts, which caused insecurity and instability in their employees, putting their loyalty to the test. The objective of the research is to describe the Endomarketing during the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Hotel Palacio del Inka, Cusco 2020; the methodology used in the research was at a descriptive level, using the non-experimental design with a descriptive quantitative approach; the study sample consisted of 44 workers who worked in the company; to whom a survey was applied as part of the research technique; having as a result that 56.10% stated that the company valued the activities that the employee developed during his work in the company. The research concludes that Endomarketing is a means that allows establishing an adequate relationship between the organization and the employees, from the awareness of the importance of the employee's contribution in the strengthening of the company, even more in contexts of instability. For this reason, the misuse of this variable can generate dissatisfaction in the employee, lack of identity towards the company and the non-generation of value towards the company.
