Administración de bienes muebles en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Canchis, periodo - 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigación titulado “administración de bienes muebles en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Canchis periodo 2020”,tiene como objetivo describir como se administran los bienes muebles en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Canchis, periodo – 2020, la metodología aplicada es de tipo básico o puro con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance descriptivo correlacional y se consideró como población y muestra de la presente investigación la cual está compuesta por la información del área de abastecimiento la que es accesible a través del jefe de área quienes están directamente relacionados con todos los registros documentarios de los bienes muebles tangibles y existencias de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Canchis, por otra parte se tuvieron los los siguientes resultados, que existe una devolución de bienes muebles y existencias por parte de las instituciones educativas de los sectores primarios y secundarios, que los bienes o existencias adquiridas tanto de los ministerios y requerimientos realizados por la institución nos son siempre internados en lugares destinados y adecuados para su respectivo almacenamiento, que la UGEL-Canchis no cuenta con los equipamientos primordiales y esenciales para realizar un mantenimiento necesario y adecuado de los bienes muebles. Para finalizar se llegó a la conclusión de que la administración de los bienes muebles en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Canchis, periodo – 2020 se describe por el estado de su almacenamiento, distribución, mantenimiento, inventario y disposición final, de los bienes muebles totales ingresados y salidos del área correspondiente con la finalidad que estos bienes muebles cumplan con eficiencia y eficacia sus funciones de servicio programados en función a su vida útil.

The present research work entitled "administration of movable property in the Canchis Local Educational Management Unit period 2020", aims to describe how movable property is managed in the Canchis Local Educational Management Unit, period - 2020, the methodology applied is of basic or pure type with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design and correlational descriptive scope and was considered as a population and sample of the present investigation which is composed of the information of the supply area which is accessible through the head of the area who are directly related to all the documentary records of the tangible personal property and stocks of the Canchis Local Educational Management Unit, on the other hand, the following results were obtained, that there is a return of personal property and stocks by the educational institutions of the primary and secondary sectors, that goods or stocks acquired ridas of both the ministries and requirements made by the institution are not always interned in designated and adequate places for their respective storage, since the UGEL-Canchis does not have the primary and essential equipment to carry out a necessary and adequate maintenance of personal property. Finally, it was concluded that the administration of movable property in the Canchis Local Educational Management Unit, period - 2020 is described by the state of its storage, distribution, maintenance, inventory and final disposal, of total movable property. entered and left the corresponding area with the purpose that these movable assets efficiently and effectively fulfill their scheduled service functions based on their useful life.
