In the following investigation “Nutritional state and psychomotor development based on the children from the I.E.I. N°443 Niño Jesus. Saylla – Cusco, 2017” The aim of this investigation is to determinate the nutritional state and psychomotor development from the kids that study in the I.E.I. N°443 Niño Jesús. Saylla – Cusco, 2017. The design used in this investigation is based on the descriptive and transverse methods explored The object of study was the actual institutional population from the school which was composed by 60 children. The techniques used in the evaluation of the children were Anthropometry and TEPSI test. The results from the research showed that; based on the children characteristics; in relation with their ages 70% of them were between 4 years and 4 years, 11 months and 29 days, 56.7% of them are female. Studies also showed that 58.3% of the mothers from those children are around 21 and 35 years old, 51.6% of them live with their sentimental couples without any kind of formal relationship, 68.3% of them have from 1 to 3 children per family, 46.5% have only finished secondary school, 68.3% earn around s/.700 to s/.1000 per month, 61.7% are housewives. The results concerned on the nutritional state of the students showed that; 86.7% from the evaluated children based on the Anthropometrical studies (OMS) are inside the normal percentages of evaluation, 86.7% from the evaluated children based on their weight accorded to their height are inside the normal percentages of evaluation, 91.6% from the evaluated children based on their height accorded to their age are inside the normal percentages of evaluation. Based on the development over the psychomotor studies; 83.3% from the evaluated children under TEPSI test are inside the normal percentage of evaluation. According to the different areas of the psychometric studies the area concerned about coordination which involves 93.3% of the population studied are inside the normal percentages of evaluation, inside the area of communication 73.3% of the population studies are inside the normal percentages of evaluation, inside the area of fine motor skills 100% of the population studied are inside the normal percentages of evaluation.
