This research, entitled “Violation of the Universal Right to Equal and Equitable Access to Justice (Males) Due to the Influence of Radical Feminist Groups on Standard-making”, aims to determine how the universal right and principle of equal and equitable access to justice and treatment of men is affected by the influence of radical feminist organisations on standard-setting for women. In this sense, the study methodology corresponding to a qualitative and documentary research approach applied to law, of an analytical dogmatic type, was used. Discussion of the results was carried out through legal argumentation based on theoretical and factual data, where a variety of instruments were used to gather information, such as text analysis and interviews. The spatial-temporal scenario corresponds to the context of the Peruvian territory and to the current period of validity of the regulations under analysis. For all these reasons, the hypotheses were validated and the main conclusion is that the universal right and principle of equal and equitable access to justice and treatment of men is being violated, due to the influence of radical feminist organizations on the setting of norms in favour of women, as evidenced by the injustices and social imbalances that destabilize our society, affecting well-being and the The main recommendation was to include men literally in the laws mentioned in this paper, so that the State can contribute to equal treatment and protect all citizens as a whole, without discrimination regardless of gender, and to approve the change of the name of the Ministry of Women and Vulnerable Populations to the Ministry of the Family and Vulnerable Populations, thus ensuring that equal treatment before the law of both genders.
