The present research work was developed in Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Real Plaza Cusco Office, having as general objective to know the Wait Lines within the Operations Area considering the five types of clients segmented by the bank, taking as indicators the elements of the system of queues that are: input source or potential population, queued client, queue capacity, tail discipline and the service mechanism. The level of study is descriptive, the type of research is basic, with a non-experimental research design, with a quantitative approach, the research technique was applied to all the segmented clients: Premium, Vip, Debit Card, Card Savings and Visitors; which carried out operations between 12:01 pm to 2:00 pm and 4:01 pm to 6:00 pm during the ten-day period from October 30 to November 9. The five observation cards applied to users resulted in a finite population source, the distribution of arrivals per customer is one minute and five customers in five minute intervals, the capacity of the queue has average waiting times of 6 minutes , the discipline of the queue is the RSS order (Random Selection of Service) because it selects its clients as a priority depending on the type of client with a total of 2169 clients and non-customers served and 51 who left the queue, the mechanism of service itself gave rise to the entire process of waiting lines distributed in three windows.
