In this research work entitled: "The financial audit and decision-making in the managers of the agricultural coffee cooperatives of the city of Quillabamba period - 2020", the research problem is: To what extent is the financial audit related to with the decision making in the managers of the Coffee Agricultural Cooperatives, of the city of Quillabamba 2020?, the objective of this work is: To determine the relationship that exists between the financial audit and the decision making in the managers of the Cooperatives Agrarias Cafetaleras of the city of Quillabamba 2020, where the hypothesis formulated is the following: The financial audit is related to decision-making in the managers of the Agrarian Coffee Cooperatives of the city of Quillabamba 2021, with a non- experimental, quantitative methodological design. , with a descriptive and correlational scope, reaching the following conclusion: The results of this investigation indicate that there is a moderate relationship between financial auditing and decision-making in the managers of the Cooperativas Agrarias Cafetaleras de Quillabamba during the year 2020. This it is demonstrated with a correlation coefficient of -0.272. Financial auditing contributes to a high confidence level of 84%, while decision making presents a moderately high level of effectiveness of 75%. These results underscore the importance of having timely information in order to make correct decisions. When there is a decrease in financial audits, there is also a reduction in the level of decision making
