The city of Cusco consists of thirteen provinces and each has different attractions but on the other hand also offer types of textiles the most promoted or most offered are twofold: Chinchero and Pisac may be because currently are the most visited by tourists and They found in the sacred valley and somehow it is one of the alternatives offered by travel agencies and on the other hand is the way to reach Machu Picchu. Through this research it is intended to do is to promote Ocongate province that has a variety of tourist and natural attractions and is best known for the Ausangate which is a natural attraction visited more by what they do adventure tourism. Communities like Tinki, Pacchanta and Upis are the most prominent mainly because they are where tourists made the trek to get to Ausangate. Each of these three communities produce textiles of different designs but equally continue natural dyed textiles through the use of plants so that they can combine different plants and get different colors. Most textiles are produced ponchos, chullos, blankets, carpets. And these communities are organized by associations and each are made up of families. Each family makes its textile mainly alpaca wool because on average each family has between 100 to 160 alpacas but do not produce many textiles with sheep's wool or synthetic wool. The residents of these communities believe that tourism is a major economic activity after agriculture and livestock is why we have set up shops to offer their textiles mainly Tinke which is considered the gateway to the Ausangate and this is where tourists consume their first foods and can also visit the textile shops but what makes can not be identified stores is that in front of these three stores each sells food products and there is one that is dedicated solely to selling textiles but the person in charge is almost never found or if it does not have much knowledge about the procedures for obtaining the wool to the finished product does not know about the designs. That's why after seeing these shortcomings the decision to perform some suggestions that can help us better promote the District Ocongate among our proposals we conduct training for people to know more some terms relating to tourism sector took and they can have a friendly contact with the tourist, the second proposal is to create a page because they are now through social networks that can meet new places to visit or through the opinion or comments left on pages as they are Trip Advisor greatly influences the decision to visitsomewhere or the Facebook and finally by the development of an informational flyer you can provide them to tourists after visiting District Ocongate.
