The present investigation whose title is Evaluation of the location of the mandibular canal in relation to the third molar analyzed in Cone Beam tomographies of the stomatological center "Luis Vallejos Santoni" Cusco-2022, whose main objective was to analyze the results we obtained from the evaluation regarding the location of the mandibular canal in relation to the third molar analyzed in Cone Beam tomography at the Stomatological Center "Luis Vallejo Santoni" Cusco-2022. A sample of 111 tomography scans acquired from the radiology service of the "Luis Vallejo Santoni" Stomatological Center of the Andean University of Cusco was taken. For the present study, the researcher was trained to obtain adequate and homogeneous information. For the entire sampling process, the observation technique was used; where cone beam tomography scans of patients who came to the radiology service during the 2019 academic semester were gathered. In the results it was observed that the position with the highest percentage located within the Cone Beam tomography sample is the Vestibular with respect to the third molar with 33.3% and the least located is the equidistant position in relation to the third molar with 4, 5%. Concluding that the position with the highest percentage located within the Cone Beam tomography sample in the Stomatological Center is the vestibular position with respect to the third molar; and the least located is the equidistant position with respect to the third molar.
