OBJETIVE: the objective of this research was to analyze the edentulous alveolar ridges, according to Misch's analysis using Cone Beam tomography in patients aged 40 to 60 years, from the Luis Vallejo Santoni-UAC 2021 Stomatological Center. In a census sample of 145 tomography the upper and lower jaws and the right and left jaws were evaluated, the height of the alveolar ridges and their bone density were measured; using the Irys Viewer software, My Ray. MATERIAL AND METHOD: This research work presents a descriptive, retrospective, non-experimental, cross-sectional scope. Observation was used as an instrument to analyze and the information was recorded in an Excel 2016 spreadsheet and data processing was carried out with the SPSS program. RESULTS: the percentage of height of the edentulous ridges of the patients evaluated in the tomographic analysis according to Misch, 134.3% belong to grade I (greater than 10mm); the average bone density of the patients evaluated in the tomographic analysis according to Misch, 56.4% are in grade I, that is, greater than 1250 HU; The average sex of the patients, evaluated in the analysis according to Misch, shows that 53.1% of them are female and their vertical variation is in grade I, in other words, their dental bone is greater than 10mm It is concluded that there are significant differences in the relationship of height and density with the age and sex of the patients.
