This research entitled "emotional intelligence and antisocial and criminal behavior in fourth and fifth grade students of the Glorious National College of Sciences and the Great Inca Garcilaso de la Vega School Unit of the city of Cusco, 2021". Its main objective was to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and antisocial and criminal behavior. The study was of a descriptive correlational type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 307 students and the abbreviated Baron-Ice emotional intelligence inventory and the Nicolas Seisdedos Antisocial and Criminal Behavior questionnaire were used to collect information. The chi square statistic and Kendall's. It was concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship between variables was found between the interpersonal dimensions and general mood of emotional intelligence and antisocial behaviors, as well as very low levels of emotional intelligence in students and medium levels of antisocial and criminal behaviors.
