The objective of this research was to make known how ergonomics is from the perception of the collaborators in the institutional headquarters of the Electricity Generation Company Machupicchu Societal Anonym del Cusco 2021, the focus of the research is quantitative, the scope of the research was descriptive, non-experimental design and surveyed 45 employees in the institutional headquarters of the company. The processing of the results was carried out with the SPSS statistical software to obtain absolute, relative and average frequencies, according to the results obtained from the respondents; the ergonomics variable obtained an average of 2.33, which indicates that it is considered "inadequate", as stated by 17.8% of the respondents. The environmental conditions dimension obtained an average of 2.71, which is considered as regular, the physical work load dimension obtained an average of 2.94 which is considered as regular, the mental load dimension obtained an average of 2.7 which is considered as regular. and the dimension conception and design of the position obtained an average of 3.04 which is considered as regular, therefore the ergonomics in the institutional headquarters of the Machupicchu Electricity Generation Company is inadequate.
