This thesis work was developed in the city of Cusco, province and department of Cusco, with the aim of establishing the psychosocial risks to which employees of drugstore chains are exposed throughout the day to perform their assigned functions, whether retail sales, cleaning, inventories, etc. Psychosocial deficiency can damage the health of workers, leading to prolonged stress and even to cardiovascular, respiratory, dermatological, immune, gastrointestinal, endocrinological, musculoskeletal and psychic diseases. A descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out. The procedure used for this research was a survey, which gives parameters or dimensions on how psychosocial risks influence daily life, employee performance appraisal, personal emotions that have to be suppressed, among others. At the end of the study it was appreciated that the variable psychosocial risks is above 50% giving clear signs that their staff has an emotional wear either by daily care with people directly, the second dimension of double presence is found with a value of 68.4 % which indicates that the staff has a high problem with housework, the third dimension control over work with a value of 53. 6 %, indicating that more than half of the personnel perceive that they do not have adequate control over their functions, the dimension of social support and quality of leadership with a value of 38.8 % indicating that the majority of the collaborators feel that they have some support and leadership from their immediate superiors, esteem as a dimension gives us a value of 36.4 % favorable noting that the personnel feel that their work is valued, with 44.5 % the dimension of insecurity about work shows that almost half of the personnel feel insecurity about their job, their remuneration or place of work
