Manejo de las referencias y contrarreferencias de pacientes obstétricas atendidas en el Centro de Salud Ollantaytambo Cusco - 2014-2015.

Abstract

El tipo de investigación es con un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo transversal, con un diseño no experimental. Con características sociodemográficas la edad predominante es (21-35 años) con 44.6%; la desproporción céfalo pélvica es el principal motivo de la referencias con 17.78%; 59.6% si recibe tratamiento, el 73% son referidas a emergencia y utilizan el 44.4% de recurso de soporte a laboratorio, el responsable del mecanismo de atención es el medico 46.7% y coordinación del transporte 48.9%. Si cumple con los criterios de capacidad resolutiva, atención oportuna 90.48%. Se identifica el motivo de la contrarreferencia 82.3% a consultorio externo. El llenado de indicaciones 40%, envío de formatos 40% y el seguimiento de la unidad de seguros 100% en el año 2014, pero en el año 2015 el llenado de indicaciones y cuidados se cumplieron con un 90%, mientras que en el envío de formatos se dieron en un 40% y el 60% no por perdidas del documento o falta de datos, el seguimiento en la unidad de seguros se dio en un 100%. En las condiciones del usuario en el año 2014 que son 4, se tienen en apoyo de diagnóstico, con informes y/o resultados 50%, la condición de mejorado con tratamiento un 25%, curado con problema solucionado un 75% .En el año 2015 con 10 contrarreferencias en la condición mejorado con tratamiento un 57.1 % curado con problema solucionado 75% .La supervisión monitoreo y evaluación en el año 2014 un 83.4% y en el año 2015 un 57%; mientras que en la evaluación se cumple con referencias efectivas con 100%,y la cobertura de contrarreferencias se da en un 16.6% en el año 2014 y 43% en el año 2015 siendo un óptimo un porcentaje mayor de 75%. Conclusiones: El manejo de las referencias y contrarreferencias de pacientes obstétricas atendidas fueron significativamente regulares, con inadecuada información al usuario e ineficiente participación a nivel comunal
