Today we are facing a globalized world where demonstrate the quality of a product is essential when a consumer decides to purchase, this is no exception in foods that come to our table which we hope we are profitable and are benign to our health. Especially fruits and vegetables are foods risk as they are consumed fresh and are liable to be contaminated at any stage of plant development, this leads to the production of fresh produce for our consumption meets standards of quality and safety safety food, along with the rules in the country. Global G.A.P. It is a set of internationally recognized agricultural standards dedicated to Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Through certification, producers demonstrate the quality, safety and food safety. For consumers and retailers, the GLOBALGAP certificate is reassurance that food reaches acceptable levels of safety and quality, and has been produced sustainably, respecting the health, safety and welfare of workers, the environment, and in consideration of the animal welfare issues. The purpose of this research is the diagnosis of productive units (greenhouses) of all agricultural producers communities Qorimarca and Sequeracay district of Cusco to apply this tool to improve the quality of their vegetables, with the aim of show that through practices such as this, you can enter markets demanding standards of good agricultural practices backed quality and maintain sustainable business relationship, increasing their income and improving the quality of life of their families.
