La satisfacción laboral y la calidad de servicio ofertados por lo trabajadores de la empresa Motocorp de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado-2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación describe la relación de la “SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL Y LA CALIDAD DE SERVICIOS OFERTADO POR LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA EMPRESA MOTOCORP DE LA CIUDAD DE PUERTO MALDONADO - 2017”. Su estructura contiene: planteamiento del problema, marco teórico, metodología, resultados y conclusiones de la Investigación. La investigación se caracteriza por ser de tipo no experimental con un diseño descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal. Se utilizó como instrumento el cuestionario, los que fueron validados por juicio de experto y el estadístico alfa de Cronbach obteniendo un índice de 0.974para el instrumento de la Satisfacción Laboral y 0, 830 para el Calidad de Servicio; lo que indica una alta fiabilidad del instrumento. La población y muestra, estuvo constituida por los colaboradores involucrados con un total de 15 colaboradores de la Empresa Motocorp de la ciudad de Puerto Maldonado – 2017. Se ha determinado la existencia una correlación significativa entre las variables de estudio, obteniendo un coeficiente de correlación de R de Pearson igual a 0.672, equivalente a una correlación positiva moderada.

This research paper describes the relationship of “WORK SATISFACTION AND QUALITY OF SERVICES OFFERED BY THE WORKERS OF THE MOTOCORP COMPANY OF THE CITY OF PUERTO MALDONADO - 2017“. Its structure contains: problem approach, theoretical framework, methodology, results and conclusions of the Investigation. The research is characterized by being non-experimental with a cross-sectional descriptive correlational design. The questionnaire was used as instrument, which were validated by expert judgment and the Cronbach alpha statistic obtaining an index of 0.974 for the instrument of Labor Satisfaction and 0.830 for Quality of Service; Which indicates a high reliability of the instrument. The population and sample, was made up of the collaborators involved with a total of 15 employees of the MOTOCORP Company of the city of Puerto Maldonado - 2017. It has been determined that there is a significant correlation between the study variables, obtaining a correlation coefficient of Pearson R equal to 0.672, equivalent to a moderate positive correlation.
