The principal objective of this study was to describe the purchase decision of the customers of the company Lazos Supermercado in the district of Sicuani, province of Canchis, Cusco 2022. The type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design and descriptive scope. The study population was infinite, with a universal formula, the probabilistic sample was used, where the sample size is 384 study units. For the collection of information, the questionnaire was taken into account as an instrument and the survey technique was used: In the data processing, the Excel, SPSS and Word programs were applied in most of the textual work. To reach the level of reliability, the SPSS statistical program was used, where a value of 0.803 was found, which means that the measurements are consistent and stable. The results obtained from this study allow us to affirm that the purchase decision of the customers of the Lazos Supermercado company in the district of Sicuani, province of Canchis, Cusco 2022, obtained an average of 3.34, which qualified it as adequate. For this, the variable was examined and measured using each of its dimensions: The Identification of Need dimension obtained an average score of 3.68, qualifying it as adequate. The information search dimension received an average score of 3.44, qualifying it as adequate. The alternatives evaluation dimension received an average score of 2.56, qualifying it as inadequate. The real purchase dimension received an average score of 3.27, qualifying it as neither adequate nor inadequate. The post-purchase dimension received an average score of 4.20, qualifying it as adequate.
