Introduction: There are many factors that affect people considered resilient, understanding that it constitutes a skill that allows interaction between the person and their context, promoting learning despite the adversities experienced such as an illness, a trauma, a tragedy, a threat, life problems. family, problems of the same person, among others. Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between resilience and autonomous learning in medical interns at the Guillermo Díaz de la Vega Hospital, Abancay, 2023. Materials and methods: Descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional and non-experimental study. The sampling was census-based, and was made up of 66 medical interns from the Guillermo Díaz de la Vega Hospital. The technique used was the survey, where data was collected through a questionnaire with 34 items, which was voluntary and anonymous. Spearman's Rho was used for statistical analysis. Results: A direct, moderate and statistically significant correlation was found between the variables of autonomous learning and resilience that occurred through Spearman's correlation, presenting a value of Spearman's Rho = 0.331 and a p-value = 0.007, likewise, it was evident that it exists a direct, weak, positive and statistically significant correlation between the self-planning dimension and resilience (Spearman's Rho = 0.255; p=0.039), in the same way for the self-regulation and resilience dimension (Spearman's Rho = 0.265 and p-value =0.032), but it was also evident that for the emotional affective and resilience dimension, there is no correlation (Spearman's Rho =0.221 and p-value= 0.075), similarly, for the self-evaluation and resilience dimension, there is no correlation (Rho Spearman = 0112 and p-value = 0.370). Conclusions: There is a direct, moderate and statistically significant relationship between Autonomous Learning and Resilience, and it can be stated that as the level of autonomous learning in inmates increases, the level of resilience consequently increases.
