Propuesta de mejora para el sistema de gestión de seguridad, en la ampliación de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de la E.P.S. Sedacusco - 2013.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objeto diagnosticar y brindar una propuesta de mejora para el SGSSO en la ampliación de PTAR de la E.P.S SEDACUSCO. Para esto, se comienza por la identificación del problema, su importancia, la justificación y los objetivos a seguir para llegar a lo que será la propuesta de mejora en sí. Seguidamente, se analizan los antecedentes del estudio, teniendo como referente información práctica, reflejada en tesis que abordaron temas similares; y teórica, reflejada en las creaciones intelectuales que utilizamos como parte del marco teórico, además, se realiza una descripción de la empresa, el trabajo que realiza, el rubro al cual se dedica y los trabajos que se desarrollaron en la construcción que se ejecutó en la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Residuales de la E.P.S SEDACUSCO, siendo parte estos la construcción y rehabilitación de edificaciones, obras complementarias y trabajos a realizar durante la ejecución del proyecto. El mismo capítulo también se aborda el marco legal, decretos, normas y leyes que dan los parámetros a la presente tesis. También se muestra las variables e indicadores. Posteriormente se define el diseño de investigación, población y muestra para desarrollar la propuesta de mejora del SGSSO. En el cuarto capítulo, se desarrolla el diagnostico situacional del sistema de gestión de seguridad, realizando una evaluación al SGS y ase verifica el cumplimiento de los objetivos; así como el respectivo análisis de los datos recabados. En el quinto capítulo, se desarrolla la propuesta de mejora para el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad en la construcción y ampliación de la Planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de la E.P.S SEDACUSCO. Finalmente, se expresa el resultado del análisis realizado en base a los datos obtenidos a manera de conclusiones y de la misma forma se brindan las recomendaciones respectivas.

This research anims to diagnose and an improvement proposalfor SGSSO in expanding the EPS SEDACUSCO WWTP. For this, start by identifying the problem, its importance, justification and objectives to follow to reach what will be the improvement proposal itself.

Next, the background of the study, with the practical information regarding reflected in thesis addressed similar issues are discussed; and theoretical, reflected in the intellectual creations that we use as part of the framework, but also a description of the business is done, the work done, the field which is engaged and the work being developed in the construction was implemented in Treatment Plant Wastewater EPS SEDACUSCO, these being part construction and rehabilitation of buildings, complementary and work to be performed during the execution of the project works. Thes amechapterthe legal framework, decrees, rules and laws that give parameters to this thesis variables and indicators are also shown also addresses.

Subsequently it defines there search design, population and sample to develop the proposalt improve the SGSSO.

In the fourth chapter, the situation alanalysis of the safety management system is developed, conducting an assessment and grab the SGS verifies compliance with he objectives; as well as the respective analysis of the data collected. In the fifthchapter, the proposed improvements to the Safety Management System in the construction and expansion of treatmentplantwaste water EPS SEDACUSCO develops.

Finally, the result of analys is based on the data obtained as conclusions and in thes a me way expresses the respective recommendations are given.
