Aplicación de pares diamagnéticos en pacientes de la Clínica Estomatológica “Luis Vallejos Santoni” y su variación de pH salival, Cusco 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado: “APLICACIÓN DE PARES BIOMAGNETICOS EN PACIENTES DE LA CLINICA ESTOMATOLOGICA “LUIS VALLEJOS SANTONI” Y SU VARIACION DE PH SALIVAL, CUSCO 2019” el estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, explicativo, de corte longitudinal y pre experimental. Está conformado por una población de 30 personas de diferentes edades que asistieron a consulta en la Clínica Estomatológica “Luis Vallejos Santoni” de la Universidad Andina del Cusco el año 2019, la muestra fue probabilística aleatoria simple. La técnica utilizada fue a través de la toma de datos de los pacientes, obteniendo su consentimiento informado respetando todas las normas de ética. Se utilizó una ficha de recolección de datos, cuyo instrumento fue validado por el juicio de expertos, con el cual se procedió al abordaje del paciente para la toma inicial de pH salival y selección de los pares magnéticos a emplear, transcurrido el tiempo establecido de la colocación de imanes para el tratamiento, se toma nuevamente el valor de pH salival para comparar los resultados antes y después del tratamiento. Se obtuvo que 9 pacientes (30%) tuvo un cambio más hacia acido, y 21 pacientes (70%) más hacia alcalino, donde la variación del pH salival al aplicar los pares biomagnéticos a un pH inicial fue de 6.40 +/- 0.38 respecto a un pH final con una media de 6.59 +/- 0.30. Al comparar el pH salival antes y después de la aplicación de pares biomagnéticos tras 20 minutos de terapia se encontró diferencia entre las medias, siendo significativa.

In the present investigation work entitled: “APPLICATION OF BIOMAGNETIC PAIRS IN PATIENTS OF THE “LUIS VALLEJOS SANTONI” STOMATOLOGICAL CLINIC AND ITS VARIATION OF SALIVAL PH, CUSCO 2019” the study was quantitative, explanatory, longitudinal and pre-experimental approach. It’s made up of a population of 30 persons of different ages who attended a consultation at the “Luis Vallejos Santoni” Stomatological Clinic of the Andean University of Cusco in 2019, the sample was simple random probabilistic and the technique used was through the harvest of data from the patients, obtaining their informed consent, respecting all ethical standards. A data collection sheet was used, this instrument was validated by the judgment of experts, with which the patient was approached for the initial measurement of salivary pH and selection of the magnetic pairs to be used, after the established time of the placement of magnets for the treatment, the salivary pH value is taken again to compare the results before and after the treatment. It was obtained that 9 patients (30%) had a change more towards acid, and 21 patients (70%) more towards alkaline, where the variation of salivary pH when applying the biomagnetic pairs at an initial pH was 6.40 +/- 0.38 with respect to at a final pH with a mean of 6.59 +/- 0.30. When comparing the salivary pH before and after the application of biomagnetic pairs after 20 minutes of therapy, the difference between the measures was found, being significant.
