The present investigation Analysis in the Variation of Cost and Schedule Applying Risk Management in the Execution of the Project: "Improvement of the Education Services of the I.E. 501119 of the Community of Ccolcca of the District of Ocongate-Quispicanchi-Cusco2022" has as general objective to determine the variation of cost and schedule applying risk management with the guide PMBOK® sixth edition. We proceeded with the collection of information from the work notebooks identifying preliminary risks, then we made the risk identification and analysis matrix, then we proceeded with the classification of risk sources into negative cost, positive cost and negative schedule, then we asked questions to experts according to the classification of risk sources, The next step was the hierarchical analysis using the multi-criteria methodology known as the Saaty scale, then the weights were calculated by years of experience according to hierarchies, then the risks were determined by applying the "Linear opinion pool" method where the risks were determined by sources of risk, then proceeded with the calculation of the probability of occurrence and average impact by sources of risk. Next, the probability of occurrence and impact matrix was determined with low, moderate and high risk levels. Consequently, the qualitative analysis of risks with risk and qualification levels was determined, obtaining 8 negative risks in terms of cost, 19 negative risks in terms of schedule and 7 positive risks in terms of cost. Finally, a quantitative analysis was performed obtaining as input data the types of probability distributions of the impacts of each risk and the simulation in the @Risk software. The results obtained show the sub-hypothesis N°1 in positive cost with an incidence of -18.61% with respect to the direct cost of the initial technical file and in negative cost with an incidence of +18.33% with respect to the direct cost of the modified and updated technical file, sub-hypothesis N°2 in negative schedule with an incidence of +10.81% with respect to the initial execution time, and the general hypothesis is not demonstrated because the risks obtained are in the "high" risk level range.
