Abstract

El trabajo de investigación intitulado “CARTERA MOROSA DE CRÉDITOS OTORGADOS A TRAVÉS DE TAMBOS COMUNALES POR LA EDPYME CREDIVISIÓN S.A. AGENCIA URCOS EN LA PROVINCIA DE QUISPICANCHI PERIODO 2017”. Esta investigación se realizó con la finalidad de conocer el nivel de morosidad que existe en los créditos otorgados en modalidad de tambos comunales. El estudio tiene un enfoque cuantitativo de alcance descriptivo, ya que pretende mostrar la característica del objeto de estudio mediante la recolección de datos para su análisis e interpretación, el tipo de investigación es básica, porque busca conocer de mejor manera las variables. El diseño a utilizar en el presente trabajo es no experimental, al no manipular las variables y en el que solo se observan los fenómenos para después analizarlo y la población será la cartera de nueve analistas de créditos. El objetivo general es Determinar el resultado que presenta la cartera morosa de los créditos otorgados a través de tambos comunales por la EDPYME CREDIVISIÓN S.A. Agencia Urcos S.A. en la provincia de Quispicanchi, periodo 2017, el problema es: ¿Qué características presenta la evaluación crediticia para acceder a los créditos otorgados a través de tambos comunales por la EDPYME CREDIVISIÓN S.A. Agencia Urcos en la provincia de Quispicanchi, periodo 2017? La hipótesis es el resultado que presenta la cartera morosa de los créditos otorgados a través de tambos comunales afectará a la EDPYME CREDIVISIÓN S.A. Agencia Urcos S.A. provincia de Quispicanchi, periodo 2017, y por tanto la conclusión es que los resultados que presenta la cartera morosa de los créditos otorgados a través de tambos comunales afectan a la EDPYME CREDIVISIÓN S.A. – agencia Urcos S.A. periodo 2017. Porque no cumplen con la debida aplicación de las herramientas de evaluación de créditos.
