The present research called "Implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety Program to reduce Occupational Risks in a Work of the Infrastructure Management of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco, 2022", had as its object of study andto supplement the Behavior-Based Safety Program to reduce occupational risks. The methodology used in the study deals with an explanatory scope and experimental design and pre-experimental sub-design. The population was constituted by 30 workers of the work Improvement and Expansion of the Service of the Vehicular and Pedestrian Transitability of the Julián Achata Street of the Board of Owners Quinta Tococachi and the Street "B" of the APV San Blas of the Cusco district. Observation, documentary review and survey were used as data collection techniques, as well as the instruments were records, observation booklet, observation guide and questionnaires. It was obtained as results that after the implementation of the Behavior-Based Safety Program, unsafe behaviors were reduced by 34%, since before the implementation there were 539 behaviors, of which 390 (72%) were unsafe behaviors and after the implementation it decreased to 204 (38%) of unsafe behaviors.
