Impacto de una intervención educativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre Leishmaniasis - alumnos I.E Micaela Bastidas Maranura, Cusco 2019

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación “IMPACTO DE UNA INTERVENCIÓN EDUCATIVA EN EL NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE LEISHMANIASIS - ALUMNOS I.E. MICAELA BASTIDAS MARANURA, CUSCO 2019”; cuyo objetivo fue Determinar el impacto de una intervención Educativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre leishmaniasis en alumnos de la Institución Educativa Micaela Bastidas, Maranura, Cusco – 2019. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio de tipo descriptivo, prospectivo y longitudinal. La población estuvo constituida por los alumnos de la I.E. Micaela Bastidas que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se utilizó el muestreo probabilístico estratificado a una muestra de 138 alumnos. Se aplicó el cuestionario en 2 momentos un pre test y luego de la Intervención Educativa un post test. Los resultados: las Características generales de los alumnos fueron que: 46% tienen de 14 a 15 años, el 60% son de sexo femenino y 57% viven con 1 a 3 personas, 33% están cursando el segundo grado de secundaria y el 59% provienen de otros centros poblados. Con respecto al nivel de conocimiento sobre la Leishmaniasis antes de la intervención educativa se encontró que: el 58% tuvo un conocimiento malo, 41% regular conocimiento y el 1% buen conocimiento. Luego de la intervención Educativa se encontró que 85% tienen un nivel de conocimiento bueno, 15% un regular. En conclusión, el impacto de la intervención Educativa en el nivel de conocimiento sobre leishmaniasis en alumnos de la Institución fue significativa.

MICAELA BASTIDAS MARANURA, CUSCO 2019 ”; whose objective was to determine the impact of an educational intervention in the level of knowledge about leishmaniasis in students of the Micaela Bastidas Educational Institution, Maranura, Cusco - 2019. Methodology: A descriptive, prospective and longitudinal study was conducted. The population was constituted by the students of the I.E. Micaela Bastidas that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Stratified probabilistic sampling was used on a sample of 138 students. The questionnaire was applied in 2 moments a pre test and after the Educational Intervention a post test. The results: the general characteristics of the students were that: 46% are between 14 and 15 years old, 60% are female and 57% live with 1 to 3 people, 33% are in the second grade of secondary school and 59 % come from other populated centers. Regarding the level of knowledge about Leishmaniasis before the educational intervention, it was found that: 58% had bad knowledge, 41% had regular knowledge and 1% had good knowledge. After the Educational intervention it was found that 85% have a good level of knowledge, 15% a regular. In conclusion, the impact of the Educational intervention on the level of knowledge about leishmaniasis in students of the Institution was significant.
