The study “ Factors of Risk related to Pathological Jaundice in neonatos attended in the Regional Hospital of the Cusco 2017 “, was realized by the aim to determine the factors of risk associated with pathological jaundice in neonatos attended in the Regional Hospital of the Cusco, had a design of type correlacional, retrospectively, transversely, the population of study was shaped by 38 neonatos by pathological jaundice. With regard to the factors of risk neonatales 60,5 % is of feminine sex, 92,1 % was born with 38 to 41 weeks of gestation, 89,5 % was born with a weight between 2500 to 3999 gr, 71,1 % presented incompatibility of blood group or factor Rh, 78.9 % lost weight> 10 % during his permanency in the service, 97,4 % I present apgar from 7 to 10 normally to 5 minutes, 92,1 % did not present policitemia, 94,7 % did not present sepsis, 97.4 % I do not present hematoma cephalous and asphyxiation to the birth respectively. With regard to the factors one concludes that the presence of blood incompatibility or factor Rh if it has a direct relation with the Pathological Jaundice; since the value of p <0.05, in 71,1 % one met incompatibility of blood group or factor Rh, regarding the factors neonatales as sex of the newborn child, age gestacional, I weigh on having been born, loss of weight, apgar to the 5 ' in the birth, policitemia, sepsis, mullet bruise and asphyxiation on having been born, they do not have a direct relation with the pathological jaundice; since p> 0.05 in all the cases, of the mother factors it is born in mind to the pathological precedents, type of childbirth, number of childbirth does not have a direct relation with the pathological jaundice; since p> 0.05 in all the cases, therefore one denies the alternate hypothesis and the void hypothesis is accepted.
