Four major categories were obtained out of these interviews: Being the first; general characteristics of mothers, which represents the general data of mothers as their origin, age, marital status and religion. The second; feelings of mothers whose children have leukemia, which represents the emotions that mothers go through day by day, since their children are diagnosed, the disbelief and guilt by which they go through, witnessing physical changes and expectations they have of the disease. The third; experiences of mothers facing their children disease, covering the experiences that have occurred along the pathology, to adapt to a new home, the personal and family abandonment to which they undergo because their life revolves around their children. Finally; mothers coping the oncological disease of their children, which relates to the actions taken in the whole process of the pathology, the economic problem as the first obstacle to cross and the lack of support from relatives and friends, which don’t allow them to manage easily the disease.
