“Corporate associativity is a mechanism of cooperation between small and medium enterprises in which each participating company, while maintaining its legal independence and managerial autonomy, voluntarily decides to participate in a joint effort with the other participants to find a common goal“ (Rosales, 1997). This research work was carried out in the commercial center of the district of Wanchaq - Cuzco 2016 and as general objective describes the business association in the microenterprises of the shopping center Confraternidad, The type of research is basic of non-experimental design and descriptive level, The study population is 400 microentrepreneurs and the sample that was considered statistically is 62 microentrepreneurs from whom primary information was collected through the survey. The results obtained from research show that the business association is given on a regular basis in the microentrepreneurs of the shopping center Confraternidad, among the dimensions we have the corporate culture of cooperation, trust and commitment, and shared vision.
