Análisis de las competencias laborales en la subgerencia de turismo y artesanía de la Municipalidad Provincial de Calca, Cusco - 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado "Análisis de las competencias laborales en la Subgerencia de Turismo y Artesanía de la Municipalidad Provincial de Calca, Cusco - 2022”, la provincia de calca cuenta con gran variedad de atractivos turísticos, sin embargo, en la Municipalidad de calca, en la Gerencia de desarrollo Económico, Subgerencia de turismo y artesanía, los trabajadores no poseen las competencias laborales óptimas para seguir desarrollando el turismo de Calca. El objetivo fue analizar las competencias laborales de los trabajadores de la Subgerencia de Turismo y Artesanía de la Municipalidad Provincial de Calca. La metodología fue descriptiva, de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño no experimental, teniendo a la muestra poblacional compuesta de los 50 Trabajadores de la Subgerencia de Turismo y Artesanía de la Municipalidad Provincial de Calca a quienes se les aplicó la encuesta y el cuestionario, obteniendo como resultados; acerca de la variable competencias laborales, se aprecia que el 46.4% de los trabajadores encuestados manifestaron que las competencias laborales son regulares, el 23.7% manifestaron que son buenas, por otro lado, el 15.8% manifestaron que son malas, y finalmente el 6.3% manifiestan que son muy malas, se llegó a la conclusión que la actividad turística en Calca sigue creciendo, y por tanto se tiene que capacitar continuamente a los trabajadores de la municipalidad para que posean competencias laborales optimas y que el turismo siga creciendo en Calca.

The present research work entitled "Analysis of labor competencies in the Sub- management of Tourism and Crafts of the Provincial Municipality of Calca, Cusco - 2022", the province of Calca has a wide variety of tourist attractions, however, in the Municipality of Calca, in the Economic Development Management, Tourism and Crafts Sub-Management, workers do not have the optimal job skills to continue developing tourism in Calca.The objective was to analyze the job skills of the workers of the Tourism and Crafts Sub-Management of the Provincial Municipality of Calca.The methodology was descriptive, of a quantitative approach, of a non- experimental design, having the population sample made up of the 50 Workers of the Sub- management of Tourism and Crafts of the Provincial Municipality of Calca to whom the survey was applied and the questionnaire, obtaining as results; about the labor competencies variable, it can be seen that 46.4% of the surveyed workers stated that the labor competencies are regular, 23.7% stated that they are good, on the other hand, 15.8% stated that they are bad, and finally 6.3% state that they are very bad, it was concluded that the tourist activity in Calca continues to grow, and therefore the workers of the municipality must be continuously trained so that they have optimal labor skills and that the tourism continues to grow in Calca.
