The present research aimed to analyze the determinants that influence the labor market participation of people with disabilities in the Cusco region, 2019-2021. For this purpose, an applied methodology with a descriptive-correlational approach and a non-experimental longitudinal design was adopted. The population and sample consisted of people with disabilities in the Cusco region, and the information was obtained from the surveys of the National Household Survey (ENAHO) carried out by INEI in the mentioned years. The technique employed was documentary analysis. Findings reveal that factors such as age, marital status, level of education, and type of disability are determinants that influence the probability of participating in the labor market. It is observed that age and being single reduce the probability of participating in the labor market by 0.8% and 10.63%, respectively. Likewise, having secondary and higher education decreases the probability of labor market participation by 20.62% and 29.77%, respectively. Additionally, having a motor or psychic disability reduces the probability of participating in the labor market by 14.43% and 41.96%, respectively, over the three years of the study.
