Abstract: El presente estudio intitulado “NIVELES DE ANSIEDAD PREOPERTAORIO EN
PACIENTES DEL SERVICIO DE MATERNIDAD DEL HOSPITAL ANTONIO
LORENA, CUSCO-2018’’. El objetivo: Determinar los niveles de ansiedad en
pacientes del servicio de maternidad del Hospital Antonio Lorena, Cusco-2018
Diseño metodológico: Tipo de investigación descriptiva. La población estuvo
conformada por 110 pacientes, de lo cual se extractó una muestra probabilística
de 85 unidades muéstrales.
Resultados: Como características generales de las madres que acuden al
Hospital Antonio Lorena, Cusco 2018, el 56% tienen de 18 a 29 años de edad;
69% son convivientes; 65% son de zona Urbana.
Síntomas fisiológicos: Cardiovasculares el 65% con frecuencia; síntomas
respiratorios 59% a veces; síntomas gastrointestinales 68% a veces; síntomas
genitourinarios 52% siempre; síntomas neuromusculares 60% nunca; síntomas
neurovegetativos 47% con frecuencia. Situación cognitiva: preocupación 32%
siempre; temor 32% con frecuencia; tensión 43% nunca; confianza 59% nunca;
intranquilidad y nerviosismo 31% nunca; Seguridad 60% nunca; relajación 28%
a veces; inseguridad 30% nunca. Actividad motora: Hiperactividad 38% con
frecuencia; falta de movimiento 34% a veces; movimientos repetitivos 35% a
veces, movimientos desorganizados 42% nunca; dificultad de expresión verbal
39% siempre; conductas de evitación 51% nunca.
Nivel variable de ansiedad el 43% tiene ansiedad leve; 38% ansiedad moderada
y 19% ansiedad severa.
Conclusión: Se determina que el nivel de ansiedad preoperatorio en las
pacientes del servicio de maternidad del Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco - 2018,
presentan ansiedad leve.
The present study entitled “LEVELS OF PREOPERATIVE ANXIETY IN PATIENTS OF THE MATERNITY SERVICE OF THE ANTONIO LORENA HOSPITAL, CUSCO-2018’ ’. The objective: To determine the anxiety levels in patients of the maternity service of the Antonio Lorena Hospital, Cusco-2018 Methodological design: Type of descriptive research. The population consisted of 110 patients, from which a probabilistic sample of 85 sample units was extracted. Results: As general characteristics of the mothers who attend the Antonio Lorena Hospital, Cusco 2018, 56% are between 18 and 29 years old; 69% are cohabiting; 65% are from urban areas. Physiological symptoms: Cardiovascular 65% frequently; respiratory symptoms 59% sometimes; gastrointestinal symptoms 68% sometimes; genitourinary symptoms 52% always; neuromuscular symptoms 60% never; neurovegetative symptoms 47% frequently. Cognitive situation: concern 32% always; 32% fear frequently; tension 43% never; 59% trust never; restlessness and nervousness 31% never; Safety 60% never; relaxation 28% sometimes; 30% insecurity never. Motor activity: Hyperactivity 38% frequently; lack of movement 34% at times; repetitive movements 35% sometimes, disorganized movements 42% never; verbal expression difficulty 39% always; avoidance behaviors 51% never. Variable level of anxiety 43% have mild anxiety; 38% moderate anxiety and 19% severe anxiety.
