The research carried out proposed as a general objective to determine the relationship between quality of life at work and organizational commitment in the company Conecta Retail SA district of Cusco in 2019, for which a study was carried out based on the Walton model that includes the following dimensions: fair and adequate compensation; safety and health conditions at work; use and development of capacities; opportunities for continued growth and security; social integration in the organization; constitutionalism; work and total living space and social relevance of working life; and organizational commitment in three dimensions: affective commitment, continuous and normative commitment. The study is basic, with a quantitative approach, using a non-experimental design, and with a correlational scope, whose sample includes 76 collaborators from the Conecta Retail Corporation who were participants in the application of a questionnaire. The results obtained verified the existence of a high positive correlation between quality of life at work and organizational commitment with a 0.717 according to the Spearman correlation coefficient. Likewise, the relationship between the dimensions of quality of life at work with fair and adequate compensation is evidenced in a 0.342; with safety and health conditions at 0.459; with use and capacity development at 0.636; with growth and security opportunities at 0.751; with social integration in working life at 0.484; with constitutionalism at 0.718, with work and total living space at 0.555; and with social relevance of working life 0.645 respectively according to the Spearman correlation coefficient.
