The entrepreneurial business attitudes of students of the VI and X Cycle Engineering Program Professional Academic Industrial Andina University of Cusco, is the subject of this research work. Its objective is to determine the level of development of entrepreneurial business attitudes of students from the previous cycles of Academic Program Professional Industrial Engineering at the University Andina of Cusco, and then suggest improvements in training in entrepreneurial attitudes of the program, which also result in improving the academic offerings of the same. Another important aspect is to determine to what extent the training allows the student is acquiring the future running his own company which will help to improve the living conditions of the population, creating jobs and added value by transforming raw materials of the region. The research is substantive, descriptive and prescribed. This study describes the business entrepreneurial attitudes and determines which is the students' perception about the level at which they acquired in their training, and as the learning that has been acquiring this enabling you to have your own business future. To measure the level of development of entrepreneurial business attitudes used a survey instrument consisting of eight items. We used closed questions, dichotomous and affection scale to measure attitudes whose values are zero, to a lesser extent, regular measure, to acceptable, to a large extent. The results were processed using the SPSS package, and are looking to present the proposal in order to improve training in business entrepreneurial attitudes of students in the Academic Training Program in Industrial Engineering from the Andina University of Cusco.
