Introduction: SLE is a chronic, multisystemic autoimmune disease of unknown etiology, characterized by several immunological alterations, including loss of auto tolerance and the production of multiple non-organo-specific autoantibodies. The clinical manifestations are independent of the diagnostic criteria, so some of these are included or not as diagnostic criteria, the difference between a symptom and sign of a diagnostic criterion, clinical manifestations vary greatly, he may appear abruptly with fever, O To ben indiciously present in the long term of the years, with episodes of arthralgia and general malaise. Objective: to determine the clinical and laboratory profile of the moment of the diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in patients of Hospital Antonio Lorena del Cusco from 2014 - 2016. Method: A descriptive, cross-sectional, observational and retrospective study was conducted. The seriousness will be all patients listed in the registry of the Department of Statistics of the Hospital Antonio Lorena with a new diagnosis of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus in the period 2014-2016. With a sample size of 48 patients clinical records of patients diagnosed with SLE Results: Of the 48 patients, female (87.50%), with an average age of 31.23 years at the time of diagnosis. Without any pathological antecedents in 79.17%. The most common clinical manifestations were arthritis, synovitis and / or arthralgia (97.9%), ACL Lupus Photosensitivity Rash (75%) and oral or nasal ulcers (70.8%). The most frequent laboratory manifestations were ANA (95.8%), lymphopenia and / or leukopenia (91.7%) and renal alteration in presence of proteinuria and / or hematic cylinders (87.5%). Conclusion: It is concluded that the most frequent clinical criteria according to the diagnostic criteria of SLICC are arthritis, synovitis and / or arthralgia and the most frequent laboratory criteria are antinuclear antibodies (ANA).
