Like many regulations made in Perú, the Act N°30425 has been widely criticized and studied and analyzed by many lawyers across the region of Perú. However, this research has been done to explore what is the main problem of this controversial law, what can we do about it and to investigate what is the people perception about the act. During the research of this paper many methods of data collection has been used to gather enough evidence to convey and support our point of view. It will present and discuss findings from one of the methods used to know what people think, personal surveys and questionnaires which was applied on a sample of 100 affiliates moreover having the collaboration from specialists in the topic to have a stronger idea. Getting conclusive results, the denaturalization of the “pension goal” just a little group who had an idea on how to invest their money can be an effective way to manage the pension goal, also the community of affiliates are not informed correctly enough and they do not have pension plan to ensure their own future. Once presented these results, we have found out that the most effective solution regard in the proposition to modify the “Article 2”, which will allocate a percentage for a minimum pension, giving the surplus to the affiliates.
