This research was carried out with the objective of knowing the Sustainability of the project Improvement of the production and post harvest of coffee in the Association of Agricultural Producers “Nueva Alianza“ of the Huayanay Baja community, La Convención, and had as study population to the 30 partners of this association. Sustainability was considered as a study variable and its typology was economic, social and environmental sustainability. Within the research method the following was considered: the type of research is basic, the scope is descriptive, the design is non-experimental - transversal, the information was collected through the survey technique, observation and interview and the data were processed in the Excel statistical software and instrument reliability was performed using Crombach's alpha reliability statistics. The results of the research, the sustainability of the project Improvement of production and post-harvest coffee in the Association of Agricultural Producers “Nueva Alianza“ of the Huayanay Baja community, La Convención, it was observed that 44.84% project, they stated that sustainability is presented at a very low level, 22.37% indicated that the level is low, reflected in an average of 2.05, indicating that in terms of economic sustainability, it is shown with an average of 1.97 according to the scoring scale means that it has low sustainability showing the lack of activities that improve the economic income they have, since there are no work possibilities outside of agriculture so their economic income does not exceed S / 1,500.00 per month, followed of social sustainability also reports a very low level with an average of 1.77, reflecting that the project promoters do not give incentives to the beneficiaries, leaving each one to develop his work in the best way that he can, also did not present improvements in the community but nevertheless helped in some way to improve the quality of life of the partners, and finally the environmental sustainability manifests itself with an average of 2.37 according scoring scale means that it has low sustainability, there are no changes regarding the quantity and quality of coffee, and also it is observed that good practices in the conservation of the environment have been left out.
