El sistema integrado de transporte urbano en la ciudad del Cusco, periodo 2019

Abstract

Se trata de una investigación relacionada al sistema de transporte urbano de pasajeros en la provincia de Cusco, la situación problemática viene dada por describir si: ¿Tiene la ciudad del Cusco un sistema de transporte urbano adecuadamente integrado, en el periodo 2019? , siendo el objetivo de la investigación: Describir la integración del sistema de transporte urbano en la ciudad del Cusco, en el periodo 2019; la metodología empleada en la investigación fue de tipo básica, de alcance descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental aplicado sobre la población constituida por las empresas de transporte concesionaria de ruta con contrato denominado inter urbano que son en número de nueve; los resultados demuestran que no existe un sistema de transporte adecuadamente estructurado y menos aun adecuadamente integrado; se conoce experiencias de modelos de sistemas de transporte exitosos, como el de trans milenio (Colombia) Curitiba(Brasil) y metropolitano (Lima) mientras que para la ciudad del Cusco esta situación se ha constituido un problema de décadas sin solución y no cuenta con un servicio integrado ni siquiera al nivel interno de cada concesionaria en las principales dimensiones dadas por la operatividad, la estructura tarifaria e infraestructura vial y de transporte que garanticen su calidad y menos aún su sostenibilidad en favor de los usuarios; se concluye que el actual sistema de transporte debe ser restructurado por uno menos permisible en el cumplimiento de las normas y adecuado a la realidad del Cusco, tomando parámetros de acceso basados en la formalización de las actividades de las empresas que participan debiendo ser estas las promotoras de las fuentes de financiamiento e inversión en calidad de titulares de las mismas, siendo parte de un sistema empresarial integrado en operatividad, tarifario e infraestructura estudiados.

This is an investigation related to the urban passenger transportation system in the province of Cusco, the problematic situation is given by describing whether: Does the city of Cusco have a properly integrated urban transportation system, in the period 2019? , the objective of the research being: Describe the integration of the urban transportation system in the city of Cusco, in the period 2019; The methodology used in the research was basic, descriptive in scope, with a quantitative approach and non-experimental design applied to the population made up of the route concessionaire transport companies with a so-called inter-urban contract, which are nine in number; The results show that there is no adequately structured transportation system, much less adequately integrated; There are known experiences of successful transport system models, such as the trans millennium (Colombia), Curitiba (Brazil) and metropolitan (Lima) while for the city of Cusco this situation has constituted a decades-long problem without a solution and does not have a solution. an integrated service not even at the internal level of each concessionaire in the main dimensions given by the operation, the tariff structure and road and transportation infrastructure that guarantee its quality and even less its sustainability in favor of users; It is concluded that the current transportation system must be restructured by one that is less permissible in compliance with the rules and appropriate to the reality of Cusco, taking access parameters based on the formalization of the activities of the companies that participate, these must be the promoters. of the sources of financing and investment as holders of the same, being part of a business system integrated in operation, tariffs and infrastructure studied.
