The research was conducted in the company J&V Resguardo in the year 2020 culminating in the year 2021, its general objective was to determine the degree of relationship between the work environment and productivity of workers of J&V Resguardo in the Cusco area. The sample used consisted of 162 workers in the Cusco area, which included 3 regions (Cusco, Apurimac and Madre de Dios) managed by J&V Resguardo, and to whom a survey was conducted to collect data that were processed in the SPSS package, for the correlation test Spearman's Rho was used at a confidence level of 95%. The results showed that 4.94% of the workers at J&V Resguardo perceived the work environment as unfavorable, 30.86% as average, 47.53% as favorable and 16.67% as very favorable; in other words, the workers perceived the work environment at J&V Resguardo in the Cusco zone as favorable. In relation to productivity, the level of productivity was 80.03% according to the analysis determined; that is, productivity was good, so J&V Resguardo has the challenge of increasing it. The results showed that there was a high significant relationship between the work environment and the productivity of the workers in J&V Resguardo by obtaining a Spearman correlation coefficient (rho=0.884) and a P-value equal to 0.000. This shows that, if there was a good work environment, the productivity of the workers will increase.
