The purpose of this research work is "COMPARATIVE EVALUATION FOR THE STABILITY OF THE SUB-GRADE, ADDING FLY ASH FROM INDUSTRIAL KILN AND ARTISANAL KILN, FROM THE BRICK-MAKING AREA OF SAN JERONIMO-CUSCO, ON THE ROAD SENCCA QUISPIHUARA - ALLPACHACA, DISTRICTS OF CUSCO, POROY, CACHIMAYO AND CHINCHERO, PROVINCES OF CUSCO, ANTA AND URUBAMBA, DEPARTMENTS OF CUSCO, 2021”; having a comparative analysis between artisanal and industrial fly ash and what is the influence of this on the physical-mechanical properties of the type of soil found on this road. This research work has a quantitative research approach, the level or scope of the research will be correlational type, having a hypothetical-deductive research method. Firstly, the area to be studied was explored, proceeding to make 20 pits, from which the types of soils that had less favorable results in the tests carried out were selected. To obtain the physical-mechanical properties, the granulometry, moisture content, consistency limits, modified proctor and CBR tests were used; Artisanal and industrial fly ash was used as a stabilizer in percentages of 10%, 11% and 12%. The tests carried out are based on the MTC standards. When obtaining the laboratory results, it was appreciated that there are 5 types of soils CL-ML, ML, SC, SM and GC; of which the types of soils CL-ML, ML, SC and SM were selected for their evaluation, these being the soils with less favorable results, to then stabilize it with fly ash. We have that for the types of soils stabilized with fly ash the plasticity index has low values, unlike the C-15 where its value increases; It is also indicated that the results of the proctor modified by incorporating fly ash have low values. In the case of the CBR, the CL-ML soil can be seen that initially it is 3%, adding artisanal ash at 10%, it increased to 6.5%; at 11% artisanal fly ash, an increase to 10.80% and at 12% artisanal ash, an increase to 19.40%; adding industrial ash to 10% increased 5.80%; at 11% industrial ash it increased to 9.90% and at 12% industrial ash it increased to 17.70%. Regarding the ML soil, the initial CBR was 3.90%, adding artisanal ash at 10% increased to 4.60%; at 11% artisanal fly ash, an increase to 10.80% and at 12% artisanal ash, an increase to 14.50%; adding industrial ash to 10% increased 6.90%; at 11% industrial ash it increased to 6.10% and at 12% industrial ash it increased to 10.70%. For the SC soil, an initial CBR of 5.40% was obtained, adding 10% artisanal ash increased to 6.90%; at 11% artisanal fly ash, an increase to 12.00% and at 12% artisanal ash, an increase to 20.30%; adding 10% industrial ash increased to 8.90%; at 11% industrial ash it increased to 10.20% and at 12% industrial ash it increased to 19.60%. We have that for the SM soil the initial CBR is 6.80%, adding artisanal ash at 10% it increased to 11.10%; at 11% artisanal fly ash, an increase to 15.50% and at 12% artisanal ash, an increase to 22.90%; adding industrial ash to 10% increased 8.00%; at 11% industrial ash it increased to 12.20% and at 12% industrial ash it increased to 19.90%. It is concluded that by adding artisanal and industrial fly ash in percentages of 10%, 11% and 12%, these have positive results in their physical-mechanical properties. It should be noted that artisanal fly ash has better results in certain percentages, as well as industrial fly ash; as shown in the investigation.
