The research project part of the problem: ¿are there any reasons justifying a legislative proposal for the unenforceability of the anticipated conclusion in the offences of omission to family assistance? Being the objective: to make known whether there are reasons that justify a legislative proposal for the inapplication of the anticipated conclusion in the offences of omission to the family assistance. The research is located within the basic-dogmatic type propositive; In the level: descriptive-explanatory. It will be used to contrast the hypothesis, the general methods analysis-synthesis; for the collection of information will be used the techniques of analysis reaching to the conclusion: That there are reasons that justify a legislative proposal for inapplicability of the anticipated termination in the crimes of omission to Family assistance reaching the conclusion and contrasting with the hypothesis is affirmative, because it contravenes the principle of the best interests of the child the backward slump of the payment of food and the acceptance of the principle of opportunity on more than two occasions and also collides with the enactment of the new law of flagrancy as stated in conclusion three, therefore there are reasons that justify a legislative proposal for inapplicability of the anticipated conclusion in the crimes of omission to Family assistance. This research work is based on a study of theoretical analysis and argumentation of the matter of study, to contribute legally to our legislation through the qualitative method.
