The present research work entitled “The bureaucratic system and the organizational climate in the Department of Marketing in the Service Company (EPS, for its acronym in Spanish) SEDACUSCO SA, 2014“ has as its general objective to determine what extent does the Bureaucratic System influences in the organizational climate in the Department of Marketing of the Service Company SEDACUSCO SA, whose current issue focuses on the poor implementation of the bureaucratic system; the research design, descriptive-correlational and not experimental, the population studied, consists of 30 employees; information was compiled through a survey applied to these collaborators. The research results show that 40% of the marketing department staff of the Service Company SEDACUSCO SA indicates that there is sometimes a bureaucratic system and standardized work procedures written in manuals and guides not allowing optimal organizational climate. With a confidence of 95% using the Chi-square statistic we can say that the bureaucratic system influences the organizational climate in the Department of Marketing of the service company SEDACUSCO S.A. with con p = 0.021 < 0.05 where the degree of relation is determined by the Pearson correlation is 77.3%; con p = 0.000 < 0.05.
