The main purpose of this research is to improve the training process in Occupational Health and Safety using immersive Virtual Reality technology, in the mining company Antamina SA, Huari, Ancash - 2019. Where the type of research was applied, explanatory level and quasi-experimental design. The study population was made up of the workers of the mining company, where the sample was determined under the non-probabilistic method, convenience sampling, with a total of 18 workers. The techniques that were used were the documentary review and the questionnaire survey with its instrument. Likewise, the methodology proposed by Morales, et al., (2015) cited by Maldonado & Zamora (2017), phases and activities corresponding to the evolutionary development methodology for three- dimensional scenarios (analysis phase, phase) was used for the implementation of the application of design, development phase and evaluation phase). Finally, it was concluded that the application of immersive Virtual Reality technology improves the Occupational Health and Safety training process of the company Minera Antamina SA, Huari, Ancash - 2019, with a level of significance of 0.046 that affirms the alternative hypothesis This was studied due to the fact that during the application of traditional training, only 78% of the workers obtained a passing grade, while after the application of immersive virtual reality, 100% were approved.
