This thesis entitled “FINANCIAL INDICATORS AND DECISION-MAKING AT THE J&J BROTHER’S E.I.R.L. - CUSCO PERIODO 2019”, whose statement of the problem originated because the company needed to carry out a more in-depth analysis of its financial information, in order to optimize its decision-making process, which led to formulating the following problem: How are the financial indicators and decision making of the company? Its general objective was to describe how financial indicators and decision-making are in the company; no hypothesis was formulated; the study population, and the sample, were made up of the financial statements, the legal representative and the accountant of the company; and the type of research was applied non-experimental, and with a quantitative approach. Among the findings, it was observed that the results of the liquidity indicators are positive, although they did not have a payment schedule; The profitability indices are positive, but deficiencies were found in the project evaluation process and in terms of the indebtedness indices, these are not positive at all due to the financing model they use. It was concluded that the J&J Brother's company has liquidity to meet its short-term obligations, this thanks to the projects carried out by the company in the 2019 period, thus it is also concluded that the profitability indicators reflect that they do not generate enough, since there is no evaluation process of the projects that they decide to take, finally it is concluded that the indebtedness indicators express that they are over indebted, due to a managerial decision to adopt an operations model based on depending almost exclusively on the financing of external sources.
